The former singer of Stone Temple Pilots, Scott Weiland, died at the early age of 48. Although the singer’s manager did not confirm the cause of death, he just confirmed the singer’s death.
According to reports, Weiland was found dead around 9 o’clock in the evening on December 4, 2015 while asleep on their tour bus in Bloomington, Minnesota where the group will have to perform in a concert day after. But there was found small amount of cocaine in their tour bus bedroom, according to Bloomington, Minnesota police.
Scott Weiland was born Scott Richard Kline on October 27, 1967 in San Jose, California. His parents are Sharon Williams and Klent Kline. At the age of 16, he already had his first band. And in the 1980s, Stone Temple Pilots band came together with DeLeo on guitar, Robert, his brother on bass and Eric Kretz, as the drummer. Their debut album on 1992, Core, was released after the band change their name from Mighty Joe Young to Stone Temple Pilots
